利用規約

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、岡崎修平（以下「当方」）が提供する iOS アプリ Catlendar（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをご利用いただく前に、本規約をよくお読みください。

1. 適用範囲

本規約は、本アプリのすべての利用者（以下「ユーザー」）と当方との間の本アプリに関する一切の関係に適用されます。

2. アプリの提供形態

本アプリは「現状のまま」（as-is）提供されます。当方は、本アプリの機能、品質、特定目的への適合性、第三者の権利を侵害しないことについて、明示または黙示を問わず、いかなる保証も行いません。

3. 利用料金

本アプリは買い切り型の有料アプリです。価格は App Store の表示価格に従います。家族で共有する場合は Apple の Family Sharing 機能に従います。

4. データのバックアップ

本アプリの記録データはユーザー自身の iCloud に保存されます。データのバックアップ・復旧・喪失についての責任はユーザーが負うものとし、当方はいかなる責任も負いません。

5. 免責事項

本アプリの利用により生じた損害について、当方は故意または重大な過失がある場合を除き、一切の責任を負いません。
iCloud、CloudKit、その他 Apple のサービスの障害・仕様変更により、機能が一時的または恒久的に利用できなくなる場合があります。これらについて当方は責任を負いません。

6. 禁止事項

ユーザーは、本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。

法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、改変、不正な解析
本アプリのサーバーや関連システムに過度な負荷をかける行為

7. 知的財産権

本アプリ自体は岡崎修平の著作物です。本アプリで使用しているアイコン素材の一部は Noun Project から CC BY 3.0 ライセンスで提供されたものを含みます。

8. サービスの変更・終了

当方は、ユーザーへの事前通知なく、本アプリの内容を変更し、または提供を終了する場合があります。これによりユーザーに損害が生じても、当方は責任を負いません。

9. 規約の改定

当方は、必要と判断した場合、ユーザーへの事前通知なく本規約を改定できるものとします。改定後の規約は本ページに掲載された時点で効力を発するものとします。

10. 準拠法・裁判管轄

本規約の解釈は日本法に準拠します。本アプリに関して生じる紛争については、当方の所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Terms of Use (English)

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") set out the conditions for using the iOS application Catlendar (the "App") provided by Shuhei Okazaki (the "Developer"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the App.

1. Scope

These Terms apply to all relationships between every user of the App ("Users") and the Developer relating to the App.

2. As-Is Basis

The App is provided on an "as-is" basis. The Developer makes no warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding the App's functionality, quality, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of third-party rights.

3. Pricing

The App is a paid one-time purchase. Pricing follows the App Store listing. Family sharing follows Apple's Family Sharing rules.

4. Data Backup

The App stores records in your own iCloud. You are solely responsible for backup, recovery, and any data loss. The Developer assumes no responsibility for these.

5. Disclaimer

The Developer is not liable for any damages arising from use of the App, except where caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence.
Functionality may be temporarily or permanently unavailable due to outages or specification changes in iCloud, CloudKit, or other Apple services. The Developer is not responsible for these.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users must not engage in any of the following:

Activities that violate laws or public order and morality
Reverse engineering, modification, or unauthorized analysis of the App
Placing excessive load on the App's servers or related systems

7. Intellectual Property

The App itself is a copyrighted work of Shuhei Okazaki. Some icon assets used in the App are provided under the CC BY 3.0 license from Noun Project.

8. Changes and Termination

The Developer may modify the App's content or terminate its provision without prior notice. The Developer is not responsible for any damages caused thereby.

9. Changes to Terms

The Developer may revise these Terms without prior notice when deemed necessary. The revised Terms take effect when posted on this page.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes arising from the App are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court that has jurisdiction over the Developer's location as the court of first instance.
